What your clients see

Your name, your logo and your colors on every screen. They book a ride, see your price and pay with the card on file. They get a reminder the night before and a receipt after the ride.

The app's own name shows in the store listing and at the top of any text message.

What you get

  • A calendar of your bookings, and you accept or decline each one
  • Your rates: flat airport zones, hourly, saved routes or a quote per ride
  • The card charged when you mark the ride complete, with the tip in the same charge
  • Chat on every booking, and your car on a map until pickup
  • A client list with notes, and a monthly statement for your Schedule C
  • Clients who pay you directly stay on your calendar with no charge

Pricing

Thirty days free, starting the day you go live. A card is required at signup, and the first charge is on day 31.

Standard

$59.99 a month

Your app, booking, recurring rides, rate card and quotes, card on file, tips, chat, live pickup location, reminders, receipts, your client list and your monthly statement.

Pro

$79.99 a month

Everything in Standard, plus flight tracking on airport pickups, rider memberships and a one-page site on your own domain.

Pay for the year at ten months' price: $599.90 for Standard, $799.90 for Pro. Stripe's card fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents comes out of each fare.

Georgia's rules for driving clients

Georgia requires a limousine carrier certificate and commercial insurance to drive clients for pay.

If you don't have a certificate yet, the app has the steps written out. Plan on about $160 in state fees, eight to twelve weeks, and a commercial insurance policy that runs about $5,500 to $9,000 a year on a sedan. You can set up your app while you wait.

Questions

Do you take a cut of my rides?

No. You pay the monthly price and Stripe's card fee.

Who owns my client list?

You do. You can export names, phones, addresses, notes and ride history to a spreadsheet at any time.

Who holds my money?

Stripe pays your fares from your own account into your bank.

What if a client pays me in cash?

Set that client to pay you directly. The app records the ride and doesn't charge them.

What happens if I cancel?

New bookings close that day and rides already on your calendar still run. For 30 days your clients can see past rides and your phone number.
